They are two of Virginia’s most delightful culinary calling cards: oysters and wine that also happen to play very well together. Join Virginia Eats + Drinks’ culinary luminary Patrick Evans-Hylton as he leads us through some of his favorite Virginia oysters and wines that please the palate on a spectacular cruise on the American Rover. You’ll be led through effective ways to taste as you enjoy a fun and informational afternoon. Selections include raw and cooked oysters, recipes, tasting notes, and more in this one-of-a-kind experience in celebration of both Virginia Seafood Month and Virginia Wine Month. On board with us will also be noted Chesapeake Bay waterman Bruce Vogt of Big Island Aquaculture.

Tasting includes wines from Williamsburg Winery, Raw Oysters, Oysters Rockafeller, Oyster Po Boy Sliders and Pumpkin Whoopie Pies.
