Your front row seat to the Naval Fleet.  2 Hour Narrated Naval Base Cruises depart from Nauticus, home of the Battleship Wisconsin in Downtown Norfolk.  The Captain’s fascinating and entertaining commentary describes one of the world’s busiest sea ports and largest naval base, home of the Atlantic Fleet:  Destroyers, Guided Missile Cruisers, Submarines, Aircraft Carriers and more.   Coast Guard certified and inspected. Guests enjoy smooth water cruising, comfortable seating, air conditioned enclosed deck with restrooms and snack bar, and a spacious shaded upper deck.  Rover Cruises operates both the Victory Rover and the American Rover Sailing cruises from the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront.
